The thinnest smartphone in the world today are held by companies from China, Oppo which released the Finder smartphone with thickness of only 6.65, and followed by Huawei Ascend P1 S in second place. But recently heard a news a smartphone made by NEC of Japan which also has a very thin design, and known as the NEC Medias ES N-05D.

This smartphone has a thickness of only 6.7mm, the difference is only slightly with the thinnest smartphone the above-mentioned. And when seen from the specifications did not disappoint, even the device is also waterproof and according to some sources the device can also be connected to the Casio G-Shock GB-6900 wristwatch.

The Medias ES N-05D run on Android 2.3.6 Gingerbread OS and power by dual-core MSM8260 clock at 1.5GHz whose performance is also backed up with 1GB of Ram memory. The device has a screen sized of 4.3-inch touchscreen LCD with image resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels and also equipped with 8.1MP CMOS camera with NEC's Exmor R for mobile engine.

NEC and NTT DoCoMO Telecomunication  launched a mobile phone's NEC Medias N04C, This Android smartphone are very thin 7.7 mm, 4 inch screen this smartphone is compete with Galaxy II, which has a thickness of 8.5 mm or LG Optimus Black 9.2 mm thick.

The features of this mobile 4-inch touch screen FWVGA resolution (854 × 480 pixels) covered by Gorilla Glass for prevent scratches and damage, based on the Google Android Froyo 2.2 support for Adobe Flash 10.1 and Felica NFC mobile wallet service. Reportedly, NEC Medias N04C will be available in two versions white and black colors. NTT DoCoMo NEC Medias N-04C smartphone is boast an 800MHz processor.

For camera has 5.1 megapixel camera, GPS, a 1 Seg TV tuner, Wi-Fi 802.11n, MicroSDHC card slot (up to 32GB), weight 105g. The battery is enabling up to 250 minutes in talk mode, up to 360 hours in standby.
