The Sony Xperia U come with 3.5" screen Reality Display powered by Mobile BRAVIA Engine, supported with a 5MP camera offers a higher sensitivity to noise is minimized when the conditions are less to light when compared to regular cell phone camera, and capable of fast capture, record HD, plus Sony technology for 2D and 3D panoramic images. In addition to support primary camera, the Sony Xperia U is also supported by the secondary VGA-quality camera on the front for video calling.
The Sony Xperia U run on Android Gingerbread operating system(upgradable to Android 4.0ICS) and power by dual core 1GHz processor with 512Mb of ram memory and for storage media its available 4GB internal memory.
