Samsung reportedly has a new smartphone and
this time only for the developers, and known
as the Samsung GT-I9500 Fraser. This is the first smartphone which run on the
Tizen operating system. That is a new open source operating system based on
Linux that was born from Samsung Linux Platform (SLP) and is being developed by
Samsung and Intel.
According to the source, this device
designed to be flexible in implementing HTML5 API-based applications, and will
be released in the third quarter of this year. even Samsung is also rumored to
be releasing one or two Tizen devices this year, which could be a smartphone,
tablet or phablet like the Galaxy Note.
If viewed from the specifications, the
Samsung GT-I9500 Fraser come with 4.65" Super AMOLED Plus HD with image
resolution of 1280x720 pixels, and power by Samsung Exynos C210 Dual-core ARM
Cortex A9 clock at 1.2GHz with 1GB RAM memory.
Behind there is 8MP camera(Autofokus, LED
Flash), while on the front there is 2MP camera. For storage media Samsung
provides a 16GB eMMC capacity and also offers several features such as Wi-Fi
a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, NFC, and many more :
