Not long after introducing the Focus 2,
Samsung also introduces another new smartphone in Omnia series, and known as the
Samsung Omnia M. This smartphone also uses Microsoft Windows Phone 7.5 as
operating system and viewed from its design, is quite similar to their previous
product, the Omnia 7.
The Samsung Omnia M is a smartphone that has a function for
social networking connectivity with entertainment
features, and reportedly
will target for mid-end market share.
If you talk about the specifications, the
Omnia M has a screen size of 4.0 inches Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen,
same size and screen technology used by the Focus 2. As middle-class smartphone
the Omnia M is reinforced with 1 GHz single core processor whose performance is
supported by 384 ram memory.
On the back side there is a 5MP camera with
LED Flash, following VGA front camera so with the Omnia M you can video chat.
Moreover, this smartphone also has 4GB of internal storage, network connections
up to 7.2 Mbps HSDPA, WiFi connectivity, Bluetooth and GPS. Even, according to
some sources, Samsung also provides a variety of applications and 25GB of free
storage space through the cloud SkyDrive service.
