MetroPCS reportedly in cooperation with ZTE and will launch a new smartphone known as the ZTE Anthem 4G. As the name suggests this smartphone will be powered by a 4G LTE network that offers super fast access, and according to the information that has been circulating, this device will be launched at a price of $219 (plus tax) after mail-in-rebate.
The ZTE Anthem 4G will come with 4.3-inch screen WVGA 480 x 800 pixels resolution, boasts a 1.2GHz dual-core Snapdragon processor and the performance of the processor will be supported by 512MB ram. As the operating system, this time ZTE using the Android 2.3 Gingerbread, and provides 4GB of onboard storage with a MicroSD card slot up to 32GB, to store a variety of files owned by the user.
The new mid range smartphone from ZTE has dimensions of 130 x 68 x 13.7 mm, and also offers several other features such as Bluetooth 2.1, GPS, Dolby Surround Audio, HDMI, Wi-Fi, and a battery that can be used for 4 hours of talk time and 244 hours of standby.
