ZTE Officially Announces Grand Era U985, Thinnest Quad Core Smartphone

ZTE has officially introduced the newest flagship smartphone, the ZTE Grand Era U985, and this time it will be launched in the Chinese market. This device is claimed to be the thinnest quad core smartphone, which has an average thickness of only 8.6mm/7.9 mm at the thinnest point and weighs about 115 grams, so looks so slim, elegant and comfortable when in handheld.

Although thin this device also comes with some interesting specifications such as runs on the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system, powered by PC-class Nvidia Tegra 3 quad-core CPU, and equipped with dual camera(an 8-megapixel rear camera and 1.3MP front-facing camera)

This smartphone also has a 4.5-inch HD retina screen and capable of producing a resolution of up to 720 x 1280 pixels. To support performance the ZTE Grand Era U985 was also reinforced by 1 GB ram memory, while to store a variety of files owned by the user, this smartphone provides 8GB of internal storage.

Moreover it also offers several other features such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0, GPS, MicroUSB port, comes with a device security suite called Palm Manager, and many more. Unfortunately for pricing information and availability for global markets is still unknown. And based on their official website, ZTE has also introduced another smartphones, the Grand Era V985 and the Grand Era LTE, which will also be released soon.
