ZTE, a leading telecommunications device
company from China
recently introduced a new smartphone, the ZTE Grand X LTE (T82). The device is
the first single-chip LTE Smartphone and introduced at the CommunicAsia 2012
exhibition and conference in Marina Bay Sands, Singapore .
The ZTE Grand X LTE (T82) run on Android 4.0
Ice Cream Sandwich as operating system, and powered by 1.5GHz dual-core
processor, with the latest MSM8960 chip from Qualcomm, based on 0.28nm
technology and interestingly the single-chip model claimed is faster and more
energy efficient.
On the back there are 8 megapixels as the
main camera,capable of producing 1080p HD video quality, and for the
video-call, ZTE provides secondary camera located in the front. The ZTE Grand X
LTE come with buttonless design, like a mini tablet PC and claimed to have a
maximum download rate of 100M.
Moreover other features offer are WiFi, a
1900mAh large-capacity battery and many more. This device may also have
advantages, long-lasting talk time and standby because it has a large
capacity battery, and the chip is claimed to be more energy efficient.
Not only introduced a new smartphone, ZTE also showed other LTE product
at CommunicAsia, such
as V96A LTE tablets, world's first multi-band
UFI TD LTE/EDGE, MF821,
and MF821 wireless
LTE cards. Based
on the official website the Grand X LTE smartphone (T82) will be available in Asia
Pacific and Europe
in the third quarter of this year.
