DRS ARMOR X7et-Windows 7 Compact Rugged Tablet, Power by Intel Atom Z670

DRS Technologies has just launched a new compact rugged tablet, which called the ARMOR X7et. The device certified to MIL-STD-810G and IP65, so resistant to shocks, even claimed to be able to survive when dropped from a height of 6 feet, water-dust resistant, and also able to survive in the extreme conditions at temperatures of minus 20 to 60 degree Celsius.

If seen from the specs in it, the ARMOR X7et slate PC come with 7.0"LED backlit LCD with resolution of 1024 x 600pixels, work on Microsoft Windows 7 operating system, and performance is supported by an Intel Atom Z670 processor brain clock at 1.5 GHz with 1GB DDR2 Onboard RAM memory.

For storage media, DRS provides a memory capacity of 40GB Intel mSATA SSD, and also offer connectivity features such as WLAN 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, GPS, Gobi 3000 3G multi-carrier mobile broadband, with external interfaces like Mini USB, HDMI and 3.5mm Audio Jack.  
 The ARMOR X7et slate PC has dimension of 218 x 137 x 27 mm and weighs 700 grams, and inside there is a battery with a capacity of 3700 mAh are able to operate for 6 hours.
