Huawei Ascend Q-Budget Friendly QWERTY Smartphone by Cricket

Cricket Wireless has just released a new budget friendly smartphone which is made by Huawei, and known as the Ascend Q. When viewed from the design and specifications of its, the Ascend Q smartphone is very similar to the Huawei M660 and released by MetroPCS.

This smartphone has a design that is quite unique, because its shape is almost square, and there is a QWERTY keyboard that allows users to write messages. In addition, for navigation the device also uses a touch screen measuring 3.2", so it can be said the Ascend Q has two inputs, or better known as the touch and type device.

The Huawei Ascend Q run on Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system and reinforced with 800MHz processor, equipped with a 3.2 MP camera, a microSD card slot up to 32GB, microUSB port, and Bluetooth. Dimensions of the Ascend Q are 4.8 x 2.3 x 0.5 inches and weight of about 4.6 oz, in it there is a Lithium-ion 1500 mAh battery, that can be used up to 250 minutes talk time and up to 240 hours of standby time.

As an entry level smartphone, the Huawei Ascend Q now available at a  price of $119.99 requiring carrier’s prepaid plans, and like other smartphones released by Cricket, it also come with Muve Music feature.
