Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet 2-the Latest Flagship Windows 8 Tablet

last year's Lenovo has launched the first ThinkPad tablet that runs on the Android Honeycomb operating system, and now they introduce the latest generation of this series, but with different operating systems and better performance. As the successor of the first generation, this tablet has a name the Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet 2 and will use the latest operating system from Microsoft, the Windows 8 OS.

If the previous version which is powered by an ARM processor, but for this latest version will be powered by Clover Trail processors from  Intel. The processor is also used in the netbook device, and is designed to power-saving and high mobility capabilities, so the tablet is capable of running Microsoft Office and all Windows 7 applications very well and does not heat quickly. This processor brand transition according to the Lenovo because of its compatibility with Windows programs that already exist.

The Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet 2 come with 10" touch screen 1.366 x 768 pixel resolution with a thickness of 9.8 mm and weights of about 600 grams. Moreover also offers features such as HDMI, USB 2.0, microSD slot, speaker and also comes with 3G/4G connectivity, NFC chip, a fingerprint reader and keyboard dock.
Unfortunately there is no information about price and release date, but according to some sources is likely to be present in October, adjacent to the launch of Window 8.
